During a Distance Reiki session, all you need is a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. It’s recommended to wear loose, comfortable clothing and remove any jewelry to allow for the free flow of energy. You’ll be guided into a relaxed state as I work with your energy from afar, helping to restore balance and promote healing.
